Fully furnished with deluxe modern kitchen fully kitted out with modern appliances and all linen provided with laundry facilities.

There are 5 entertaining areas:

• Upstairs a light and bright lounge area with TV/DVD/Sound System with stylish and tasteful furnishings.


• Downstairs is an open plan dining area with jarrah floors and lounge area offering 2nd TV/DVD/Sound system.


• Outside there is a back courtyard which comprises of a well shaded area with natural colors that hi-lite the surrounding environment with an outdoor setting which will accommodate 6 people plus lounge chairs that can be taken to the beach.


• Outside the front courtyard offers another escape with an outdoor setting of table and chairs that accommodate 6 people and is also well shaded.


• Double garage can be used an another entertaining area and has 2nd fridge and barbecue which has a unique look with a karaoke machine which has been a great deal of entertainment for all ages. Note this is a reindeer which moves and sings to selected songs and yes you have to see it to believe it!

There is internet access and for families travelling with babies there is a high chair and cot located upstairs in the first bedroom in the built-in robe.

Two bicycles are there for your use and beach chairs with sunshade also, plus a few outdoor games if you like to get active on the beach.

No pets are allowed or smoking inside the property.
